Search for a UI/UX design agency in Surat and most of what comes back is not a Surat agency. It is a location landing page: the same template, the city name swapped in, published by a studio in Ahmedabad or Bengaluru or Austin. There is nothing illegal about it. It just makes the search useless.
So this list has one rule. A firm is on it only if its own website shows a Surat address, or plainly states Surat as a place it works from. Not a directory entry, not a city landing page, not a Google Business listing with no site behind it.
Six firms cleared that bar in September 2026. That is why this is a list of six and not a list of twenty.
Who is writing this, and why that matters
IXdesign is a UI/UX studio at 617, Laxmi Enclave 2, Katargam, Surat, and we publish this list. We have included ourselves. We have tried to describe the other five the way we would want to be described: from what their own site says, with no invented criticism and no claim that we are the best of them.
The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking. We have no basis for ranking studios whose client work we have not seen from the inside, and neither does anyone else publishing a numbered list of this kind.
How each firm was checked
- We opened the company’s own website and looked for a street address in Surat, or an explicit statement of a Surat base.
- We read what the firm says it does, on its home page and its services pages, rather than what a directory says about it.
- We did not count a firm because it ranks for “UI UX design Surat”. Several that rank well have their office in another city.
- We have not worked with any of these firms, and we have not seen their contracts, their team size or their client lists. Everything below is what they publish about themselves.
eLaunch Solution
Address on their site: 20th Floor, The Junomoneta Tower, opposite Pal RTO, Adajan, Surat 394510.
eLaunch describes itself as a custom software development company rather than a design studio. Its own page title reads “Software Development Company in Surat”. UI/UX and product design sit inside that: they list web design, mobile app design and product design alongside iOS, Android, Flutter and web development, and they offer developers for hire by role.
Who it suits: a Surat business that wants design and build from one supplier and one contract, and is comfortable with design being one department of a development company rather than the main event.
Empiric Infotech LLP
Address on their site: 305, Sumerru Business Corner, near Rajhans Multiplex, Pal RTO, Adajan, Surat 394510.
Empiric sells staff, not projects. The home page leads with dedicated remote developers from a stated monthly rate with a seven-day trial, and their service list includes UI/UX design and product experience along with web, mobile and custom software. They publish their pricing model openly, which is rarer than it should be in this market.
Who it suits: a product team that already knows what it wants built and needs hands for a stretch of months, including a designer sitting inside their own process. Less suited to a company that wants someone else to decide what the product should be.
IXdesign
Address: 617, Laxmi Enclave 2, near Gajera School, Katargam, Surat 395004. This is our only office.
We design interfaces and hand them off: research, flows, UI and a design system in Figma. The work is weighted towards data-heavy products — dashboards, admin panels, internal tools — plus marketing sites we design and build on WordPress. Twelve projects are published on the site, including an audit management dashboard and a seven-step vehicle registration flow, both of which are the kind of screen a trained operator uses all day.
What we do not do: app development. We design, we hand off, and for websites we build. We publish our prices for a UX audit and for website design and redesign, and we quote product work per project after a call.
Who it suits: a team with a working product and a screen that people fight. Less suited to anyone who needs one supplier to design, build and maintain an app.
UI/UX Ocean
Their site lists Surat, India as the location, with a phone number and an email. It does not publish a street address, which is the one gap in this entry.
The positioning is a creative design agency: UI/UX design first, then web development, mobile app development, branding and illustration, and quality assurance. It reads like a small team taking a project end to end rather than a specialist practice.
Who it suits: a small business or an early product that needs design and a build from one small group, and is happy to ask for the office address on the first call.
Vasundhara Infotech
Address on their site: opposite Nayara Petrol Pump, Singanpore Road, Katargam, Surat 395004, with a second address in New Jersey.
Vasundhara is a software company with a strong art and animation side. Their own copy claims work since 2013 and covers custom software, web, mobile, game development, and art and animation. Games and 2D/3D art are a visible part of the portfolio, which is unusual among Surat firms and genuinely useful if that is your product.
Who it suits: game studios, and consumer products that need illustration and motion as much as interface design. A B2B dashboard is not what their published work is built around.
WebbyCrown Solutions
Address on their site: 517 to 519, Laxmi Enclave-2, opposite Gajera School, Katargam, Surat 395004, with an office in San Jose, California. That is the same building we are in, three doors down.
WebbyCrown positions itself around engineering for enterprises: SaaS platforms, web applications, eCommerce and headless CMS work. Design sits inside a build engagement rather than being sold on its own.
Who it suits: a company that needs a platform built and is buying engineering capacity, with design included in the same scope.
Firms with a Surat page but not a Surat office
One worth naming, because it will come up in your search. Octet Design Studio ranks well for Surat and does list Surat among its offices — but its head office, on its own contact page, is 306, North Plaza, Motera, Ahmedabad. It is a real design studio, and a good one to talk to. It is not a Surat studio, and their Surat page is a page, not a room.
Several other results are the same shape with less behind them: an agency in another city, a template, a city name. If a site ranks for “Surat” and its contact page names a different city, you already know what a site visit will look like.
What we could not verify
Two Surat names came up repeatedly and are not on the list because their websites would not load for us on repeated attempts in September 2026: Softieons and Nettyfy Technologies. That is a fetch failure, not a judgement — both may be perfectly good firms. We are not willing to describe a company from a directory summary we cannot check against the company’s own words.
We also left out firms whose Surat presence is real but whose published work is in another discipline entirely — embedded systems and IoT development, for instance. They may design interfaces well. Their own site does not sell it, so we cannot honestly claim it for them.
How to choose between six firms in one city
The categories above matter more than any ranking. Three questions sort most of it:
Do you need someone to decide, or someone to execute? A development company will build what you specify very capably. A design studio is what you hire when the specification is the thing you are unsure about.
Who owns the outcome after handoff? Ask each firm what happens in week nine, after the files are delivered and your developer has a question. The answers will differ more than the portfolios do.
Can you see the work in progress? Any of these firms can send you a polished case study. Ask instead to see a Figma file mid-project, with the messy layers still in it. One is marketing; the other is evidence.

Why are there only six agencies on this list?
Because six is how many firms we could verify had a Surat address or an explicit Surat base on their own website. Padding the list with companies whose only connection to Surat is a landing page would make it longer and less useful.
Is this list ranked?
No. It is alphabetical. We have not worked with the other five firms, so we have no honest basis for putting one above another, and neither does any list that claims to.
Why is IXdesign on a list IXdesign published?
Because leaving ourselves off would be a different kind of dishonesty. We have said plainly that we publish this, and we have not claimed to be first, best or most awarded. You should weigh our entry knowing who wrote it.
Is a Surat studio cheaper than a Bengaluru or Mumbai agency?
Our cost base is a Surat cost base and our rates reflect that rather than a metro office, and the same is broadly true of the other firms here. Cost is not the strongest reason to hire locally, though. Being able to sit in the room while a flow is argued out is.
How often is this list updated?
It was checked in September 2026. Addresses and positioning change, and firms open and close. If something here is out of date, or your Surat studio should be on it, tell us and we will check the site and correct the page.
