SaaS product & dashboard design

Dashboards people work in all day.

Admin panels, analytics, B2B products: complex data made usable. From information architecture to a design system your developers can build from without asking twice.

What we design

The parts of a SaaS product that decide retention.

Dashboards & analytics

The right numbers first, charts that answer a question, tables people can actually scan.

Admin & settings

Permissions, billing, team management: the screens nobody loves and everybody uses.

Onboarding & empty states

The first session decides whether the second one happens. We design for day one.

Design systems

Tokens, components and rules in Figma, so the tenth screen is as good as the first.

Approach

How we handle data-heavy products.

We start with the jobs your users are paid to do, not with the data model. Every dashboard begins as a list of decisions someone makes with it; the screens follow from that list.

Density is a feature, not a flaw. B2B users work in these tools for hours, so we design for scanning speed and consistency over decoration: a strict grid, one type scale, states for loading, empty, error and success on every component.

Everything is built in Figma with a documented system, so your developers get components, not pictures.

How we work

A process you can watch, not a black box.

  1. 01

    Understand

Your users, your numbers, your constraints. Before a pixel moves.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows, wireframes, then UI. Prototypes you can click, in Figma.

  3. 03

    Validate

We test with real users and fix what they trip on.

  4. 04

    Ship

Developer-ready handoff, or we build it. Then we measure.

Questions

Good questions.

Do you work with existing products or only new ones?

Both. Most SaaS work is improving a product that already has users, which is better: there is data to design against.

Which tools do you use?

Figma for design and prototypes, with a design system delivered as Figma variables and components. We work in your tracker of choice for handoff.

Can you work with our engineering team directly?

Yes. We join stand-ups, review implementation against the design, and keep the system updated as the product changes.

Where are you based, and does it matter?

Surat, India, working with teams worldwide. Overlap hours are agreed at the start; everything is documented so time zones do not slow the work.
